Withdrawal Policy (B2C)

Current website status: Minibike Friends is currently a product-preview and non-binding dealer Early Access platform. Online purchases and payments are not available. Submitting an enquiry or survey does not place an order or create a purchase contract. Provisions concerning purchases apply only where a purchase contract is actually concluded.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. For multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, it begins when you or that third party takes possession of the last item. For goods delivered in several lots or pieces, it begins upon possession of the last lot or piece.

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model form below, but this is not compulsory. An electronic Withdraw from contract function is also available on Minibike Friends.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, EXPAQ GmbH must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the seller are excluded.

The same payment method as the original transaction will generally be used unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for reimbursement. EXPAQ GmbH may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods back or you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying EXPAQ GmbH of withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value only where this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Minibike Friends operates the technical sales and intermediary platform. It is not the seller or a party to the purchase contract. EXPAQ GmbH is your contractual partner and the recipient of withdrawal declarations. Minibike Friends may technically receive a withdrawal submitted through the platform and forward it to EXPAQ GmbH. Statutory rules determine whether withdrawal is exercised in time.

Electronic withdrawal

For contracts concluded through the Minibike Friends online interface, an electronic withdrawal function is provided during the withdrawal period through Withdraw from contract.

You can provide your name, order number or other contract identifier, the goods or contract you wish to withdraw from, and your email address or other electronic contact for acknowledgement. After entering the required details, submit using “Confirm withdrawal”. On successful submission, an electronic acknowledgement containing your declaration and its receipt date and time is sent without undue delay.

This function is optional. You may continue to exercise your right through any other legally permitted method.
