Shipping and Payment (B2C)
Current website status: Minibike Friends is currently a product-preview and non-binding dealer Early Access platform. Online purchases and payments are not available. Submitting an enquiry or survey does not place an order or create a purchase contract. Provisions concerning purchases apply only where a purchase contract is actually concluded.
1. Seller and contractual partner
The seller of goods ordered through Minibike Friends is EXPAQ GmbH, Schwabstr. 2, 71686 Remseck, Germany. Email: info@kepspeed.eu; telephone: +49 176 60886223.

Germany
Email: minibikefriends@gmail.com
Telephone: +49 177 7100427
Minibike Friends operates the technical sales and intermediary platform. It is not the seller or a party to the purchase contract.
2. Prices
Consumer prices include applicable statutory VAT. Additional shipping charges are shown separately with the product, in the cart and no later than before a binding order is placed. The total shown before ordering applies.
3. Delivery area
The stated delivery area is Germany. Delivery to a country unavailable in checkout is not possible unless expressly agreed individually.
4. Shipping charges
Charges depend in particular on destination, shipping method, weight, dimensions and, where applicable, the nature of the goods. The actual charge is shown in the cart or checkout before ordering. Special shipping conditions are identified with the relevant offer.
5. Delivery times
The applicable time is stated on the product page or in checkout. Unless stated otherwise, it begins after contract formation and, where advance payment is agreed, receipt of payment. If a delivery period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the destination, it ends on the next working day. Goods with different delivery times may be delivered together according to the longest stated period unless a partial delivery is made.
6. Delivery
Delivery is to the address entered during checkout. Customers must provide complete and correct details. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, statutory rules apply. Additional charges may only be imposed where legally justified and the customer is responsible for the cause.
7. Unavailable goods
If ordered goods are exceptionally unavailable after ordering, the customer is informed without undue delay. Where a contract has already been formed and delivery is definitively impossible, statutory rules govern further processing. Payments for undeliverable goods are refunded without undue delay.
8. Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries may be made where reasonable for the customer. A seller-initiated partial delivery does not incur additional shipping charges unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Delivery providers
Different shipping or logistics providers may be used depending on the product, size, weight and address. The provider may be identified in the dispatch confirmation. Personal data necessary for delivery may be shared with that provider. See the Privacy Policy.
10. Payment methods
Depending on availability, payment methods may include PayPal, credit card and bank transfer. Methods actually available are shown before ordering. There is no entitlement to a particular payment method.
11. PayPal
If selected, payment is processed through PayPal. Its terms and privacy information may additionally apply. Payment to the seller is deemed made once the amount has been credited to the seller or its payment service provider.
12. Credit cards
Card payments, where offered, are processed by the provider identified in checkout before ordering. The corresponding privacy information will be added before card payment is activated. The timing of the charge follows that provider’s terms and the checkout information.
13. Bank transfer
The necessary bank details are provided during ordering or in the order confirmation. Use the specified order number or reference. Where advance payment is agreed, dispatch follows receipt of the full invoice amount unless the offer states otherwise.
14. Payee
EXPAQ GmbH, as seller, is entitled to payment. Minibike Friends operates the sales and intermediary platform and does not receive the purchase price as its own goods revenue unless a technically different payment arrangement is expressly identified during ordering.
15. Invoices
EXPAQ GmbH issues the goods invoice. Depending on the process, this may be provided electronically, particularly by email, or with the delivery.
16. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have a right of withdrawal where the statutory conditions are met. Deadlines, returns and refunds are explained in the Withdrawal Policy. The website also provides the Withdraw from contract function.
17. Damaged deliveries
If a shipment is visibly damaged on arrival, customers may document the damage with the carrier where possible and then contact customer service. Statutory rights, particularly rights in respect of defects, are unaffected.
