The role of Minibike Friends

Minibike Friends operates a digital distribution and intermediary platform for minibike, motorcycle, tuning and performance components and related accessories. It provides the technical infrastructure, presents products, supports their marketing and may provide facilities for forwarding orders to the relevant seller when ordering is available.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual offer, Minibike Friends is not the seller of the goods and does not become a party to the purchase contract.

Any purchase contract for goods is concluded exclusively between the customer and EXPAQ GmbH. EXPAQ GmbH is responsible in particular for contract formation, invoicing, payment processing, delivery, statutory rights in respect of defects and, where applicable, withdrawal, returns and refunds.

Consumers and businesses

Depending on the offer and the availability of ordering, public sales areas may be used by consumers within section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and businesses within section 14 BGB. Separate dealer areas may be restricted to businesses and subject to verification and approval.

Product presentation and order

Products are presented and ordered according to factual and editorial criteria, including product category, vehicle compatibility, availability, recency, demand and editorial selection. EXPAQ GmbH is currently the only designated seller; there is therefore no ranking between competing sellers.
